RAY MANN has been a Nevada resident since 1966, coming here from his hometown in northern Illinois. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1976 with a B. S. in Accounting. While at UNR, Ray was twice elected as president of his fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and was selected as a member of Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities.

His varied work experience over the years has included Operations Manager of a major Hotel and Casino in Reno, controller for the largest Corporate Services firm in Nevada, Senior Auditor for the State of Nevada, and Investment Advisor. He has also taught several levels of accounting courses at Western Nevada Community College in Carson City, NV.

Ray became a Certified Public Accountant in August 1983. After working for local CPA firms, he formed his own firm in 1990, specializing in quality accounting and tax services for individuals and small businesses, building a loyal, long term clientele. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Nevada Society of CPAs.

Ray is a marathon runner, with 25 finishes to his credit, a die hard Bears and White Sox fan, and an avid student of American history, genealogy, politics, and economics.

ELLEN MANN is a native of Ohio, moving to Nevada from California in 1993. She has a B. A. from Beloit College, Beloit, WI and has spent much of her career in the fields of customer service, research, and computers, as well as 5 years as an investment advisor. In 1994, Ellen left a position in market research at Reno's NBC-TV affiliate station in order to help Ray in his rapidly growing accounting firm. Ellen's specialties in the firm include bookkeeping, research, administration, liaison services between clients and tax agencies, and computer software and hardware. She has been a QuickBooks© Certified Professional Advisor since 1999 and has special expertise in payroll reporting and tax issues.

Her interests encompass travel, music, new technology, home repair and remodeling, genealogy, reading, and American history.
